If we have a patient gap in our schedule, we may be out of the clinic. Green Dragon attempts to provide significant appointment opportunity times, thus when there is a gap Kimberly or Nhan may take a break from the clinic.
Keep your confirmation email, it has a link for appointment management should you need to cancel or reschedule your online appt. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late will possibly not be treated. No call/no shows will be charged at our discretion.
